 We do not offer refunds. We are not responsible for any items that have been damaged or lost during shipping.

 Shipping Rates/ Methods/Delays

 All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. After receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our rates are calculated by our shopping cart. Items may ship via any number of USPS and UPS services based upon the customer's choice. Please be certain USPS and UPS will deliver to your location before choosing a shipping option. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We pride ourselves in shipping promptly. In the event of very high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, postal service problems or other factors outside our control, we will inform customers of any potential delays in processing their orders. We suggest using USPS or UPS tracking for the most current tracking information.

Product Conditions

All products shipped to us are inspected to make sure they are sealed and new. However we can't guarantee products you receive won't have any cosmic damage on the item or it's original packaging, prior to how they were shipped to us.
